I recently came via a week of quite hard work, chaotic vigor and long hours. As I reviewed my goals and progress for the week, I achieved that I couldn't remember much of anything that happened during that week. It was all a messed mist in my mind, one day blending into the next. I do trust that hard work is good for us. God/Spirituality - taking period to centre yourself and commune with God (however your interpretation of God may be), is pivotal. Prayer, meditation and quiet contemplation are so momentous to our overall health. It doesn't matter what religion you practice, it matters only that you make time to honor your spiritual self and your articulation to the Divine, every unattached day. First object in the a.m. is best for maximum human, since it tin assist you adopt a affirmative mindset for your day.
