By choosing Miami, LeBron is saying he’s not affable enough to win one title by himself.
The rest of the country will hate LeBron because Maurice Richard left his hometown for greener pastures, and gave up on the Cavs.

By going to Miami, LeBron will become the robin to Wade’s Batman.
Choosing Miami will greatly hurt LeBron’s legacy.
LeBron wants to be one global icon, and one top player of all time; going to Miami will not help him achieve either.
The decision to sign with the Heat upsets many.
James will never win over the Heat fans, and the titles will never be his.
LeBron will have to win at least three titles with this South Beach super team in order for the squad to live up to its super expectations. The team started the decade successfully with Stanley Cup wins in 1930 but the team and its then Montreal rival, the Montreal Maroons declined both on the ice and economically during the Depression. Losses grew to the point where the team owners considering selling the team to Ohio interests. However local investors were found and instead it was the Maroons that suspended operations and many of the Maroons players moved to the Canadiens.
